Frequently asked questions

A minimum of 48 hours, but I recommend you book around 4 days in advance.
You could give it a shot, but it would be a long shot. You’ll be placed on the wait-list, and will manage to ‘squeeze in’–as you say–only if there’s a last-minute cancellation.

Yes, I offer a trial half-hour lesson (instead of the regular full-hour session) at a reduced price.

No, one hour is the maximum duration for a lesson on any given day.
Not if the cancellation occurs 24 hours or more prior to the commencement of the session. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to lesson commencement, you pay 50%. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before lesson commencement, you pay 80%. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and other extenuating circumstances on a case-to-case basis.
I offer a 15-minute grace period, so if you report within 15 minutes of the scheduled commencement of the lesson it goes ahead, but gets curtailed based on how late you were. If you report more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your lesson. In either case, you will be charged for the entire lesson. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and other extenuating circumstances on a case-to-case basis.
I won’t. To book a semi-private or group lesson, you need to get together with friends you’d like to play with, schedule a mutually convenient time, and then make the booking accordingly.
